It’s very important for you to find or make a quiet place to be by yourself — to create a situation in which you are with yourself only — to create a special time. Also see the following WordToon “No Time.”
Your doodling time is personal time. Time to find yourself and discover the PEACEFUL you. Doodling is a process waiting to be discovered. Ideas and messages can and do pop up as you devote your personal time to this process. I like to say that this process can take you from STRESSED to DESSERTS:
If you don’t get it, try bringing a mirror to mind (or the computer screen and there see the reflective results).
Life can get grindingly boring at times. Then it’s time to create your own change. It can be done with the flick of an attitude. Think about it. This is something that’s within your power. Come up with fresh routines and then notice how it feels when you’ve done it.
The letters are laid out on a gentle curve to help express the admonition. A quickly doodled hand and the face in the O add emotional definition. And the eye in the e picture. Color emphasize the giving.
When we promote this energy in our daily life, we rise above the sea of negativity surrounding us. Let’s be on the lookout for promoting good energy everyday, all day. Yes I am a promoter of the positive. Join me?

As we somehow manage to navigate through each day, stress is ever present in our lives. It becomes a “given” for us to accept and to deal with. It can become a part of each of us. And that’s where the addiction comes in. Then it becomes important to find ways of relieving that stress within. It’s important to actively search for ways to believe your body and find some peace. Here’s a wonderful example of what happens when inflation invades our language. The familiar question, “Tennis Anyone? now is showing the effect of numerical inflation. Will you forgive me for this? What word using a number in it can you think of?
It’s often said that Now is all there is. How much time do you spend mulling over the Past? Can’t change that can you?. Worry about your Future much? Do you ever notice that it never comes out the way you expected or worried about? And you have to deal with it creatively on the spot. So, staying in NOW is really the only place we can do something about.
This phrase was given to me years ago. I’ve found it to be very useful. Feeling bored? Tell yourself it’s time for something new. It’s time to embrace change.
